Bin Signage

The Box Hill Bin Signage project encourages the community to dispose of waste thoughtfully and brighten up the area with 10 illustrations, with an aim to provoke a sense of pride for people that live, work and play in Box Hill.

The initiative started when the eco-development team at Whitehorse City Council created a new Box Hill logo and approached the waste team to partner up. These signs highlight important anti-litter messages as well as brighten up the area with great colour and graphics with an aim to provoke a sense of pride for people that live, work, and play in Box Hill.

There are a total of 10 different designs (front and back of bin) spread across 36 bins in Box Hill Mall, Box Hill Garden, and near Town Hall.
